Greenbelt Family Homes
Design concept for two-family dwellings in a rural setting
Sensitive replacement of static caravans with low-impact architecture
Location: South-East England
Typology: Residential – new-build family homes
Client: Land owner
Status: Concept design
This design concept explores the replacement of two static caravans with new-build family homes, within a unique greenbelt estate setting. The proposals aim to retain and enhance the established residential use, while improving the environmental and architectural quality of the site.

Set within a mature landscape, the layout considers existing trees, neighbouring cottages, and wider estate features. A shared access route, EV charging, and secure cycle storage are integrated into the site plan, alongside private gardens and permeable surfaces to support surface water management.
