This affordable housing scheme replaces a previously consented care facility, delivering 23 new homes within the former Nutricia site masterplan.
The design responds to the site's sensitive location, opposite a listed hospital and adjacent to community uses, with a stepped massing strategy, articulated roof forms, and high-quality materials that reference local character.
