We led the interior design and coordination for the ground-floor fit-out of this new café and bakery within The Distillery building in Bristol. The project was shaped by a detailed and collaborative briefing process, working closely with the client to balance commercial needs, brand expression, and spatial performance.
Clear zoning, natural materials, and considered lighting help define a welcoming and flexible environment that serves both fast-paced trade and longer, social visits.
We supported the project from early briefing through to construction, preparing a coordinated package of technical drawings including services, fire strategy, and layout integration, ensuring alignment with both landlord requirements and fit-out contractors.
