This vision document outlines a place-led approach to shaping a new village-edge neighbourhood, structured around landscape-led development and sensitive urban integration.
The concept responds to a triangular site bounded by village fabric, rail line, and road, proposing a mixed scheme of housing and green infrastructure. The design seeks to extend a walkable, liveable settlement form, while improving biodiversity, permeability, and access to nature.
