Planning Permission has been achieved, looking to reimagine an existing red-brick industrial site into 38 new homes, through a mix of houses and apartments.
Responding to the structure and grain of the surrounding streets, the proposals aim to provide an appropriate response of terraces, attached and detached houses, as well as scale with an apartment building.
