This project brings forward the redevelopment of a red-brick industrial site into a mixed residential neighbourhood of 38 homes.
The design responds to the scale and rhythm of nearby terraced streets, delivering a balanced mix of houses and apartments within a walkable, landscape-structured layout.
The scheme includes a variety of housing typologies, from 2 and 3-bedroom terraces to detached homes and a three-storey apartment building, allowing for a diverse community and varied street character.
Materials and architectural detailing draw from the area’s industrial character, while modern layouts ensure daylight, privacy, and sustainable performance.
