Following an extensive period of design development and engagement, we've now submitted a full planning application for a new co-living scheme on Union Road, in the heart of central Bristol.
The proposal will deliver 43 high-quality studio rooms within a carefully managed, single-building co-living community. Set just a short walk from Temple Meads, Old Market and key bus and cycle routes, the scheme is well located for sustainable living and low-carbon travel.
Designed with compactness and community in mind, each private studio includes en-suite facilities and a kitchenette, supported by a generous network of shared amenity spaces – including co-working rooms, lounges, dining spaces, laundry, and a rooftop terrace. Residents will also have access to secure bike storage, on-site management, and a ground-floor courtyard that offers daytime public access and improved cycle permeability.
At its heart, Union Road is a contemporary urban housing model – one that offers a more sociable, affordable, and sustainable way to live in the city.
