We worked with Curo to deliver the Reserved Matters application for 280 new homes in Street, Somerset, following the Outline consent granted in 2023.

Planning approval was secured in early 2025 with unanimous support at the committee.
The masterplan is structured around a central wetland corridor running east to west, forming an ecological spine through the site. This green infrastructure supports biodiversity, surface water management, and active travel, integrating a network of play spaces, walking routes, and landscaping.
The scheme includes a diverse mix of homes — from apartments to family houses — designed across varied character areas including primary routes, mews lanes, park edges and wetland edges. These typologies guide shifts in materiality, form and scale across the site.

Sustainability is embedded through the use of solar panels, air source heat pumps, and energy-efficient design, delivering high-quality homes that respond to the sensitive setting, including nearby listed buildings and a conservation area.
