This ongoing project involves the careful conversion of a Grade I listed Georgian building in central Bath, previously used as offices, into two townhouses and a self-contained flat.
We have been involved from the early stages of design and heritage consultation, through a complex planning and listed building consent process, and continue to support the client and contractor through the construction phase.
Working with such a significant historic structure has required a sensitive and collaborative approach - balancing the restoration of original features with the demands of contemporary living.
