This project brings forward the regeneration of two vacant and fire-damaged properties in the Acton Town Centre Conservation Area.
Planning has been secured for a new mixed-use building, delivering five apartments above a flexible commercial unit at ground and basement levels. Construction is now underway.
The proposal carefully responds to the surrounding context, introducing a new mansard roof set behind a parapet to reduce visual impact. London stock brick, standing seam zinc, and finely detailed openings give the building a contextual and well-proportioned character.
The scheme replaces buildings damaged by fire, restoring a coherent street frontage and introducing new housing in a highly accessible location. Apartments are designed with access to private terraces and generous daylight.
